Director Jumps For Yorkshire Cancer Centre
The M1x’s MD, Alexis Bradbury, joined forces with his friend Danny Groiser on Saturday to raise over £1000 for Yorkshire Cancer Centre, by taking part in a solo static line parachute jump at the Black Knights Parachute Club, Lancashire.
Commenting on the jump, Alexis said; “It was an absolutely brilliant day, culminating in our first solo jump. Throwing yourself out of an aeroplane feels like a very unnatural thing to do, but the adrenaline rush is unbelievable. We are also delighted to have raised over £1000 for the hugely worthwhile Yorkshire Cancer Centre in the process.”
The boys could have just found a new hobby, and are planning another jump in the next few weeks as they aim to qualify for solo freefall status.
