The M1X Tours Yorkshire For Children In Need

Mirfield marketing agency The Mix is swapping its Apple Macs for handlebars and saddles on Friday 17th November as its team cycles around its Yorkshire client base to raise over £1000 for Children In Need.

Starting from its base in Queen St, Mirfield, the agency’s intrepid team will aim to complete a 120 mile round trip visiting clients in Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Stanningley, Leeds, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Wakefield, and finally finishing back in Mirfield.

Sponsors include many of the region’s key businesses such as Kirklees Metropolitan Council, Yorkshire Water, Winder Electrical, Apollo Lighting, CODA Plc, GSPK and Alfa Design & Display.

The back-up team will provide support to the riders, whilst back at the agency the design team will be constantly updating the company website, www.them1x.co.uk , to show where the riders are at any given time.

Managing director Alexis Bradbury will be getting the most miles in, as he explains; “The aim is for me to do the full 120 miles, with other team members joining me to keep me company along the way. It’s already going to be a fantastic success thanks to the kindness of our sponsors, and we just hope the weather is kind to us on Friday as we might be out there for over ten hours!”

Anyone wishing to join in and sponsor the team can do so by visiting the agency website at www.them1x.co.uk and following the link on the homepage.
